Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Brouse Workspace platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Use of the Service
You may use Brouse to create, store, and share 3D property scans for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to scan properties without authorisation from the property owner, upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Brouse viewer or splatting pipeline.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Workspace credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at bropcorw@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Scan Data & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all 3D scan data you upload to Brouse. You grant Brouse a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and serve that data solely for the purpose of delivering the platform services to you. Brouse does not claim ownership over your property scans.
Billing & Cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time from your Workspace settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused months. Free accounts may be suspended after 12 months of inactivity.
Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Enterprise customers are subject to the SLA terms specified in their agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brouse's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kigali, Rwanda.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
